CIRCUS SAUCE @ THE LONG TABLE
On Sunday 12th November, Circus Sauce is hosting the second of two evenings at the Long Table, in support of our work.
Here’s what you can expect:
The talented chefs from Circus Sauce will be joining Chris in our kitchen to serve a 3 course banquet, inspired by seasonal ingredients.

Homemade bread & browned butter with confit garlic
Onion Soup with Cheese Rarebit
Chicken Supreme or stuffed Hispi cabbage served with chestnut veloute & crushed potato, onion rings, orange roasted parsnips
Spiced Pumpkin & Oreo Cheesecake, Caramelised Pumpkin Seed Honeycomb
Entertainment
There will be live music from members of the Giffords Circus band and rumour has it that Tweedy the Clown may make an appearance! We’ll end the evening with an ‘Auction of Promises and Unique Circus Gift Hampers’
As there are only 100 tickets available, please limit your booking to a maximum of 6.
The evening is completely pay-as-you-can and there are absolutely no expectations. If you cannot afford to pay for your meal, it's on us. Just ask for "a meal for Tom" at the bar at the end of the evening.
If you can afford to pay, and would like to contribute, thank you. We often get asked for an indicative cost. Giffords Circus have kindly given their time for each evening to cook, host and entertain, and some of the food has been donated through suppliers, but we have estimated that the cost is £30.00 per person, should you want a guide price.
We can only guarantee you a seat with a confirmed booking. Please pay for your meal at the end of the evening.
We want to make sure everyone can has access to these amazing events and as such, we ask that you don’t take a ticket unless you know you can join us. Life happens, if for any reason you can’t make the event then please let us Carina know so that we can make the tickets available to others.
Wrap up Warm! Our beautiful Mill can be a little fresh in the Winter months! We have newly installed doors and a new log burner and will have plenty of blankets, & hot water bottles to share, but it can still get chilly!

Parking is available onsite and at Brimscombe Port. Gates are locked overnight.
